I’m Vanessa Sturman, Transformational Health Coach and Multi-Award-Winning Speaker. I help leaders, the public and sports people eat their way to great performance, increased resilience and a healthy weight by implementing non-restrictive and sustainable healthy eating habits.

My approach is to make healthy eating fun, filling and satisfying, and something anyone can benefit from, with small incremental steps. I only do sustainable changes that are built into YOUR personal lifestyle.
I graduated from Cambridge University with a BA (Hons) in Social Anthropology and MPhil in Biological Anthropology, worked for years in behaviour change as a corporate Change Manager, and spent over 5 years as a plant-based recipe creator. So, I’m unique as a Health Coach in having not only extensive knowledge of helping people change habits and behaviours, but making sure the food is actually delicious and fits with your food culture. I’m a big foodie myself!
Importantly, I live and breathe healthy and delicious nutrition within a busy, pressurised lifestyle. Having dealt with yo-yo dieting as a teenager – a miserable and damaging way of eating – I’ve spent the last 20 years studying and creating the most non-restrictive and satisfying way of eating which can bring you results and is in line with the science.
I’ve been featured on Sky News, Talk TV, Times Radio, the Mirror and LBC, and I’m regularly on BBC Radio as an authority on healthy eating. I'm also a Health Expert for BBC Radio Oxfordshire. I’m often invited to speak at conferences and events, with clients including Fulham Football Club, the University of Cambridge and Michigan State University.

You’ll get an email so you can book in your Power Hour slot
The email will contain a link to a brief questionnaire for you to fill out. This is so I can get to know you better and we can make the most of the hour you’ve purchased
You’ll take some images of your food and drink (around 3 days worth) and send to me ahead of the session. This is so I can make the session unique to you and personalise my advice. You’ll get my message / WhatsApp details to make this easy.
