This financial company wanted something inclusive and fun to help their people perform better, take small actions for better health and have their questions answered. I delivered a talk on the best food for productivity, demystifying good gut health and getting rid of cravings. This was followed by a fun cook-along session to learn about making tasty healthy food and using up waste vegetables.

“Vanessa’s passion and energy was thriving throughout her talk. She provided advice that people could action immediately to improve their health. Everyone who joined the session was engaged throughout and thought it was great value!
