FRITATA COOKING CLASS
Ingredients List:
✔️ 3/4 veggies of choice e.g. a pepper, a carrot, a leek (or broccoli, pumpkin)
✔️ 2 cloves of garlic
✔️ Salt and pepper
✔️ Small bit of olive oil (for frying, and a little for greasing)
✔️ 3 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast (optional)
✔️ 50g / 1/2 cup gram flour (also known chickpea flour)
✔️ 1 pack silken or firm tofu (around 300g). If soy-free use an extra cup of gram flour (100g) 1 tsp turmeric
✔️ 1/3 tsp Kala namek (black salt) (optional - for an eggy taste)
Equipment:
✔️ Tart tin / Cake tin / Muffin tin
✔️ Mixing bowl and spoon
✔️ Blender (optional)
✔️ Frying pan
✔️ Chopping board and vegetable knife
✔️ Grater (if using carrot)
